Ingrients & Directions
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs; well beaten
1/2 c Pecans
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Coconut
1 ts Vinegar
1 ts Vanilla
1 Unbaked large pie shell
Melt butter or margarine; add sugar. Mix well. Add eggs; add pecans,
raisins, coconut, vinegar and vanilla; mix well. Pour into pie shell and
bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour.
