Divide the dough into parts & shape in to a round pone about the size of
your skillet & 1/8″ thick. Fry in about 1/4 Hot cooking oil quickly until
golder brown on each side. Cut into wedges & serve hot Delicious with
butter, jams or other sweet spreads Devine with a thin layer of cream
cheese & a mild red pepper jam (or jelly)
