1 9″ graham cracker pie shell 1/3 c ReaLemon juice
1 pk Cream cheese (8oz),softened 1 ts Vanilla flavor or extract
1 cn Eagle brand milk (14oz)
-GOLDEN LEMON TOPPING-
1/3 c Sugar 1/4 c ReaLemon juice
2 1/2 ts Cornstarh 1 Egg yolk
1/2 c Water
In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle
Brand until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla. Pour into
prepared crust. Top with Golden Lemon Topping. Chill 3 hrs.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
FOR GOLDEN LEMON TOPPING: In sauce pan combine sugar and
cornstarch. Add lemon juice, water and egg yolk; mix well. Over med.
heat, cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in
margarine or butter until melted.
