Ingrients & Directions
2 c Sugar
1 tb Flour
1 tb Cornmeal
4 Eggs
1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Butter; melted
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Lemon rind; grated
1 Unbaked 9″ pie shell
Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal in bowl. Add eggs, milk, butter,
lemon juice and lemon rind. Beat with rotary beater until smooth and
well-blended. Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 350F 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack.
