3 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Cocoa
1 1/2 c Sugar

1 c Oil
1 3/4 c Water
2 tb Vinegar
1/2 ts Vanilla

Sift (A) twice and add (B). Mix all, bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven
until it springs back when touched.
