Ingrients & Directions
1 lb Butter (or margarine) 1 tb Cream (or milk)
2 c Sugar 5 c Flour
4 Egg yolks 1 ts Almond extract (or vanilla)
Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks and cream. Fold in flour and add
extract. Put dough in cookie press. Deposit cookies on sheet or pan. Bake
in oven for 10 to 20 minutes or until brown at 375 . Makes about 8 dozen.
