1 1/4 c Sugar
3 tb Flour
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Melted margarine
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Grated apples; (4 medium)
1 Pie shell
This recipe is for the “apples based desserts” theme. I made this last week
for Shabbos and it was very nice. It was easier than my usual apple pie and
looked very pretty. I served it warm, but I assume that it would be fine
cold as well. – Deena
