Grilled Herb Flatbread

Ingrients & Directions


1 Round italian flatbread
1 tb Olive oil
1 Green onion; chopped
2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
2 tb Fresh parmesan; grated

1. Brush top of flatbread evenly with oil; sprinkle with green onion,
parsley and top with parmesan cheese.

2. Place on oiled barbecue grill; grill with lid down over medium heat for
8-10 minutes until base is crisp and golden. * Watch carefully as the base
can burn quickly

3. Cut into wedges and serve.

Notes: Per Serving: 211 calories, 3g fat
