2 ea avocados, mashed 3 ea chopped Tomatoes
2 pk Taco Seasonings (Ortega) 1 ea bunch chopped scallions
1 TB Lemon juice
1 TB Mayonaise
1 C Sour Cream
1 C Mayonnaise
3/4 C Monterey Jack Cheese
3/4 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Cn Sliced Black Olives
Shred cheese and mix together. Mash avacados with 1 TBS lemon juice and 1
TBS mayonaise. Mix Taxo mix with sour cream and 1 C. mayonaise. Mix
cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together. Put in layers, starting at
bottom of dish. Serves 20. Recipe may be halved. Serve in a flat dish,
such as a 9″ pie plate.
