1 c Onions; chopped
1 lb Lean ground beef
2 tb Butter or margarine
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Worcestershire
1 (9-10 inch) unbaked pie
-shell
2 tb Catsup or chili sauce
2 tb Flour
1 c Cottage cheese
1 c Sour cream
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
Paprika
Chopped parsley or chives
Cook onions and beef in butter about 5 minutes, breaking up meat with a
fork. Stir in next five (5) ingredients. Turn meat into pie shell. Blend
together cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs; pour over meat. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with paprika and
parsley or chives. Serves 6.
