1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 pk Instant vanilla pudding
1 c Oil
4 Eggs
1/4 c Vodka
1/4 c Galliano liqueur
3/4 c Orange juice
Mix all ingredients well and beat for four minutes. Pour into a well
greased and lightly floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes, or
until toothpick comes out clean. Dust with confectioner’s (10X) sugar or
frost with glaze made with confectioner’s sugar and orange juice.
Note: Don’t panic if the cake deflates after you take it out of the
oven. It’s actually better that way. My family is always disappointed if
it doesn’t flop! Oh, I always use the glaze. Just start with about a cup
of the sugar and add the orange juice by tablespoons, even teaspoons, until
you’re happy with the consistency.
