Honey Oats Barley Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Water
2 tb Butter or oil
3 tb Honey
2 c Bread flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/2 c Uncooked oatmeal
1/4 c Oat bran
3 tb Small grain barley
1 ts Salt
2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast

This is for the ABM but you can also make it by hand and bake @ 375 35
minutes. My friend tried it with whole wheat bread flour and said it was
fantastic but I can’t find that around here so haven’t been able to try it
that way.

Select [wheat] on menu, baking control [light], 1 1/2 loaf pound setting.
Add all ingredients with liquids first, dry ingredients next (or different
if your ABM uses different procedures for breadmaking).
