3 1/2 tb Butter or margarine
3 1/2 tb Honey
2 tb Wheat germ
1 c Water
1 Extra-large egg
1 1/4 c Whole wheat flour
2 c Unbleached white flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Steel-cut oats
2 tb Powdered buttermilk
2 ts Active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in the machine in order suggested by manufacturer and
program for basic bread.
