1 1/2 Lb Loaf:; (1 Lb Loaf)
1 pk Yeast; (1.5 Tsp)
2 c Bread Flour; (1 1/3 C)
1 c Whole Wheat Flour; (2/3 C)
2 ts Salt; (1 1/2 Tsp)
1 tb Butter; Cool, (2 Tsp)
1/4 c Honey; 80 Deg, (6 Tsp)
1 c Milk; 80 Deg, (1/3 C)
1/3 c Water; 80 Deg, (1/3 C)
1 lg Egg; Room Temp, (1 Lg)
I usually add 1 T of water for the 1 lb. loaf and find that it works
perfectly.
