Ingrients & Directions
3 c Flour 2 ts Baking soda
1 c Raisins 2 tb Oil
1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Caraway seed
1 Egg 1 1/2 c Buttermilk
Grease a round cake pan, press bread evenly into pan to fill pan. Dough is
a little sticky. With we knife, cut a large X across the whole top of the
bread. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
