Joyces’carrot Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c White sugar
3/4 c Mazola oil
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1 c Grated carrots

Sift to-gether dry ingredients, mix sugar and oil well and add the
eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the grated
carrots and the nuts. Pour into loaf pan and bake in 350 F oven for 1
hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
