1/2 c Parsley flakes
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
2 Cloves garlic, pressed
2/3 c White vinegar
2/3 c Tomato-based salsa
4 tb Worcestershire sauce
3 ds Hot pepper sauce, more or
-less
4 lb Cubed chicken
Marinate meat in refrigerator for two days.
