–CAKE–
1 pk Lemon Supreme cake mix
3/4 c Vegetable oil
1 c Apricot nectar
4 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
-GLAZE-
1 1/2 c Confectioner’s sugar
2 Lemons, juice of
Cake: Mix first five ingredients and bake in a greased and floured tube pan
at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Glaze: Dissolve the confectioner’s sugar in the
juice of two lemons. While the cake is hot, pour the glaze on top of the
cake while it is still in the tube pan. Let stand in pan until cool, then
remove.
