Ingrients & Directions


2 ts yeast
3 c bread flour
1/4 c instant potato flakes
1/2 tb salt
1 1/2 tb butter
1 1/2 tb sugar
3/4 c milk
3/8 c water

Place all ingredients in bread pan and start. Allow to cool 1 hour
before slicing.
