Ingrients & Directions
3 c White flour
1 c Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour
1 tb Yeast
4 tb Gluten Flour
4 tb Sugar
2 1/2 tb Dry milk
2 tb Veg. oil
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sauerkraut;put in strainer
-pushing with back of spoon
-to drain; chop fine;loosely
-packed
1 1/4 c Water; warmed
Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers’ instructions. Select
White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George
loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
