Low-calorie Chocolate Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Non-fat milk; (skim milk)
1/4 c Granulated fructose
2/3 c Canola oil
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
2 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Grease and flour a 13 x 9″ cake pan.

3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.

4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes.

5. Let cool and serve.

Calories: 86 per serving; Fat: 4 grams per serving
