Maple Divinity Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar 1/2 t Vanilla
1 ea Egg white 1/2 c Maple syrup
1/2 c Water 1/4 c Chopped nuts

Mix sugar, syrup and water together and boil to the hard boil stage.
Remove, add vanilla and pour hot syrup over stiffly beaten egg white.
Add nuts. Beat until stiff enough to hold shape and drop from
teaspoon on wax paper.
