1 tb Gelatin
5 tb Cold water
1 c Sugar
5 tb Water
1 tb Lemon juice
1 pn Salt
Soak 1 tablespoon gelatin in 5 tablespoons cold water. Make syrup with 1
cup and 5 additional tablespoons water. Cook until it threads. Add gelatin.
Let cool until consistency of syrup. Flaor with 1 tablespoon lemon juice
and pinch of salt and beat until firm. Spread on Cotton Cake.
