Miniature Cheesecakes #2

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1 c Confectioner’s sugar; sifted
1 pt Heavy cream; whipped
1 ts Vanilla
Fresh fruit or pie filling

Blend cream cheese and sugar. All whipped cream and vanilla. Freeze in
muffin cups. Makes 14. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling.
