Ingrients & Directions
1 c Sugar
1 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Milk; scalded
2 ea Egg whites
Sift dry ingredients together 4 times. Add milk slowly, stirring
constantly. Lastly, add well beaten egg whites. Bake in slow oven 50
minutes. Note: Slow oven is 300 – 350 F.
