Ingrients & Directions
1 1/4 c Pineapple;sweetened, crushed 1 tb Lemon Juice
3 oz Lemon Jello 1 c Cream;whipped
1 c Sugar 1 Pie Shell;graham cracker;9′
Bring pineapple to a boil in saucepan. Add jello, stir until
dissolved. Mix in sugar and lemon juice. Cool until almost stiff.
Fold into whipped cream and pour into graham cracker pie shell.
Chill about 1 hour.
