3 c All-purpose flour
2 c Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 ts Ground cinnamon
3 md Ripe bananas, diced
– (about 2 cups)
1 1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
8 oz Crushed pineapple,
– undrained
2 Eggs, lightly beaten

============== ==== == In a large bowl, with a spoon, stir together
all of the ingredients except the eggs. Add the eggs and stir until
well combined. Pour the batter into a 9″ x 13″ baking dish or a
10-inch Bundt pan that has been coated with nonstick baking spray.
Bake for 60 NOTE: Serve as is or top with whipped cream or your
favorite fresh or thawed frozen fruit.
