1/2 tb Yeast
2 c Flour
3/4 c Flour, soy
3/4 c Wheat germ
3/4 c Oats
3/4 c Milk, powdered
1/2 c Seeds, sunflower
2 tb Gluten
2 tb Sugar
1/2 tb Salt
1 Eggs
COMBINE & COOL
1 3/4 c Water; boiling
1/2 c Wheat, bulgur
1/2 c Millet
4 tb Syrup, corn
2 tb Oil
Combine boiling water with bulgur wheat, millet, corn syrup, and oil.
Cool to room temperature. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Pour remaining ingredients into bakery, in order, then add grain
mixture. Set “baking control” to medium. Select “white bread” and
push Start.
