Ingrients & Directions
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c All-purpose flour
2 c Kellogg’s Corn Flakes crush
Ed to 1 cup
1 ts Ginger
Cream butter and sugar.Fold in flour,cornflakes and ginger.Drop by
level tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.Bake at 325
degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.Let stand 5 minutes and remove cookies
from sheet to cool.
Suggestions; Use a combination of cinnamon,nutmeg and cloves in place
of ginger.
