1 c Apple juice, frozen
-concentrate
2 tb Cornstarch
1/2 c Water
1/2 ts Apple pie spice
4 md Apples
STREUSAL TOPPING
1 tb Flour
1 tb Cinnamon
1 tb Cocoa
1/2 c Brown sugar substitute
1 pk Butter Buds
Mix first 4 ingredients. Cook until thick. Slice apples into pie pan
that has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Combine ingredients for
Streusal Topping. Stir until evenly blended. Sprinkle on top of apples.
Bake at
350 degrees for 45 minutes.
