Ingrients & Directions
1 c Brown sugar -COOKIES:
1/3 c Sugar 1 1/4 c Butter, softened
1 1/2 c Flour 1 Egg
1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Cinnamon 1 pk Mix
3 c Quick rolled oats
Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.
Oatmeal Cookies: Preheat oven to 375. Cream butter, egg and vanilla.
Add mix and stir until well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls
onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-9 minutes. Cool 1 minute, remove
to rack to finish cooling.
