-FOR 1 1/2 LB. LOAF-
1 c Rolled oats
1 1/4 c Water
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Oil
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Raisins
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Grated nutmeg
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Ground cloves
2 1/2 ts Yeast
(from my mom- I’m not sure where she got the recipe)
This is good toasted with cream cheese!
