1/2 c Shortening; (I use butter
-flavor Crisco)
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 ts Baking soda
2 c All purpose flour
3 Ripe Bananas sliced

Well here is one I make and sell in the little loaf pans for a $1.00 a loaf
and each time I bake about 30 mini loaves I sell out.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large loaf pan. (or four small pans)
put all ingredients into lagre mixing bowl. mix until thoroghly combined.
Pour into loaf pan(s) bake 70 minutes (small pans take about 45 – 50). Cool
slightly before removing from pan.

note : you can add chocolate chips if your a chocoholic like me. Also you
can use this recipe to make muffins (with chocolate chips for breakfast)
just bake for about 25 minutes and check with tooth pick for doneness.

This recipe came with my Oster mixer and has been a favorite for about
8 years now.
