2 1/4 ts Dry yeast
3 3/4 c Whole wheat flour
3 tb Nonfat powdered milk
1 tb Vital wheat gluten
3 tb Grated orange zest
3/4 ts Salt
3 tb Minced prunes; (I use
-Lighter Bake)
1 1/4 c Water

Add ingredients according to your machine specs & process using whole wheat
cycle.
