6-8 Medium Onions. thinly 1 c Soft bread crumbs
-sliced 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
2 T Cooking oil 1/2 c Minced fresh parsley
6 ea Eggs
In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until soft, but not browned;
drain well. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan
cheese, parsley and onions; mix well. Placed in a greased 10 inch pie
pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted
near the center comes out clean. Serves 6-8. SOURCE:* Reminisce
