1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Softened butter
2 tb Oil
Grated zest of 1 orange
2 Eggs
2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with
bakers’ parchment.

Cream together the sugars, butter, oil and orange zest. Add the eggs and

Combine the flours, soda and salt and stir to mix. Add to the creamed
