1/2 c Water
1/3 c Orange juice
2 ts Fructose (honey works just
As well)
1 1/2 ts Orange marmalade
1/2 ts Lemon zest
2/3 ts Salt
1 c (5.4 ounces) whole wheat
Flour
1 c (5.2 ounces) bread flour or
Unbleached flour
2 tb Gluten flour
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 tb Powdered whey (nonfat dry
Milk powder)
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed, or in the
reverse order if the manual for your machine calls for dry
ingredients first and liquids last. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light
Setting (or the equivalent setting for your machine). Push Start.
