-SHELL-
1 c Butter
1 c Brown sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Cake meal
1/4 c Potato starch
(Makes 2 crusts)
FILLING
12 oz Chocolate chips
8 Egg yolks
2 ts Vanilla
4 Egg whites; beaten stiff
1 ct Heavy whipping cream;
-whipped stiff
mix shell ingredients together and press into two pie plates. Bake at 375
degrees for 15- 18 minutes
Melt chocolate and cool add eggs to chocolate fold in remaining ingrediates
pour into COOLED shells. refridgerate until solid
