2 1/2 c Pasta, cooked & hot
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tb Butter or Margarine
1 1/4 c Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 lb Ground Beef, lean
1 Onion, small, minced
1 Celery Stalk, minced
1 1/4 c Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 ts Oregano
1 Bell Pepper, sliced to rings
Preheat oven to 350. Combine pasta, 1/4 c parmesan cheese, and butter. Mix
well and press into 9 X 9 X 2 pan. Make sure it is up the sides as well.
Top with 3/4 c of mozarella cheese. In medium frypan combine onion, celery,
and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are softened.
Drain fat off, add spaghetti sauce and oregano, mix thoroughly. Spoon over
pasta. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until
hot. Sprinkle with remaining mozarella cheese and return to oven just to
melt cheese. Top each serving with pepper ring for crunch. PER SERVING: 424
