Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Ice Cream Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 6-oz keebler ready crust;
-chocolate pie crust
1/2 c Creamy peanut butter
1/4 c Honey
1 1/4 c Keebler chips deluxe with
-peanut butter cup cookies,
-chopped
1 qt Vanilla ice cream; softened
6 oz Smucker’s chocolate fudge
-topping
8 Miniature peanut butter
-cups, whole

Place mixing bowl in freezer. In seperate bowl, mix peanut butter and
honey. Chop cookies into coarse pieces. Put softened ice cream in bowl from
freezer, add peanut buttter and honey mixture and 1 cup of chopped cookies.
Mix on low with electric mixer until well blended. Spoon 1/2 of the ice
cream mixture into pie crust. Layer with chocolate fudge topping. Spoon
remaining ice cream mixture in pie crust. Garnish with remaining chopped
cookies and peanut butter cups. Freeze overnight before serving. Makes 8
servings!
