Peanut Butter Pie

Ingrients & Directions


-CRUST-
1 1/4 c Chocolate cookie crumbs or
-Oreo cookies or 1 chocolate
-crumb pie crust
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter or margarine

FILLING
1 pk (8 ounce) of cream cheese
1 tb Soft butter
1/2 c Peanut butter
1 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 ct (8 ounce) of Cool Whip

Mix cookie crumbs, sugar and butter together. Press in a 9″ pie pan. Mix
cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, fold in Cool
Whip and pour into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. ]]]
