Pecan Pie #03

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Light corn syrup
1/2 c Dark corn syrup
4 tb Melted butter
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Flour
1 1/2 c Pecans; whole pecans look
-best
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Thoroughly mix eggs, corn syrups, butter, sugar, salt & flour. Add pecans &
pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until filling is set. Use
sharp knife to cut pie.
