Ingrients & Directions
2 pk Philly cream cheese (8 oz),
-softened*
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1/2 ts Grated lemon peel
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and peel and vanilla. Add eggs.
Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost
set. Cool; refrigerate at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream
and lemon slices. Makes 8 servings. *May also use Philly Neufchatel
cheese, 1/3 less fat cream cheese.
