Pizza (joann Pierce)

Ingrients & Directions


-CRUST-
5 c Flour Mix in separate container
Mix together the following While yeast rise
And let double 1 c Cold water
1 c Warm water 2 tb Sugar
2 pk Yeast 1 tb Salt
1 tb Sugar

-SAUCE-
6 oz Can tomato paste 2 ts Garlic salt
15 oz Can tomato sauce 1 ts Basil
2 ts Italian seasoning 1/4 ts Tabasco
2 ts Oregano

This is a recipe from a place called Tony’s Pizza here in Oregon.
A friend used to work there. It is WONDERFUL!

When yeast rises, add to flour & mix. Then add cold mixture and
stir until flour disapears. Knead till smooth. Divide into 2 – 3
balls. Coat with oil and place on a plate. Cover with damp cloth and
refrigerate until ready to use. Roll out gently with hands.
Bake at 450 degrees.

Sauce:
Mix all together – spread on unbaked crust – garnish as desired
with cheeses and meats, etc.
