Ingrients & Directions
2 lb Cubed pork
1 1/2 c Olive oil
1/2 c Vinegar
1 Lemon , juice of
5 Cloves garlic (minced)
2 tb Chopped mint
1 ts Each pepper, salt
3 tb Fresh basil (chopped)
5 Bay leaves (crushed)
Marinate in refrigerator for three days. Skewer and grill.
