2 c White Bread Flour
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
2 ts Butter
2 tb Port Ruby Red Wine
1/4 c Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/4 c Walnuts, coarse chopped
2 1/2 tb Applesauce
3/4 ts Yeast–RAPID rise -OR-
1 1/2 ts Yeast–active dry

FOR 1.5 LB. LOAF
1 c Water
3 c White Bread Flour
2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Butter
1/4 c Port Ruby Red Wine
1/3 c Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/3 c Walnuts, coarse chopped
1/4 c Applesauce
