Quick Buckwheat Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Flour; buckwheat 3/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Flour; white 1 ea Egg
3 1/2 ts Baking powder 3 tb Shortening; melted
1 3/4 c Milk; sweet

Sift dry ingredients. Mix egg, milk and shortening and add to dry
ingredients. Beat until smooth.
