1 1/8 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Butter
1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Brown sugar, packed
1 Egg
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Walnuts — chopped
1 9 inch pie crust
Vanilla ice cream
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, cream butter
with sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture and mix
well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spread into pie crust. Bake for 20 to 25
minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and serve with ice cream.
