Ingrients & Directions
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Warm cooked rice
1 c Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tb Melted butter or margarine
1 tb Honey
Mix the dry ingredients; stir together the liquid ingredients.
Combine dry and liquid ingredients; mix well. Drop by large spoonfuls
onto a moderately hot, greased griddle. Turn with a spatula when the
cakes are full of bubbles, and bake on the other side until lightly
browned.
