Ricotta Cheese Cake – Gwhp32a

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Yellow cake mix with pudding
3/4 c Sugar
2 lb Ricotta cheese
3 Eggs

PREPARE CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS AND POUR INTO
GREASED AND FLOURED 9X13 CAKE PAN. MIX THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS
TOGETHER UNTIL FLUFFY. POUR OVER TOP OF CAKE MIXTURE. BAKE AT 350
DEGREES ABOUT 1 HOUR. CHEESE MIX WILL FORM BOTTOM LAYER WHILE CAKE
BAKES. YUMMY!
